Continuous concentration disk-type filter (CCDFS) mainly combines surface and cross flow filtrations and its core filtration components are multi-layer sintered metal wire mesh filter disc. During filtration, the filter disc rotates at certain speed under transmission of hydraulic system. Once thickened filter cake contacts the scraper, the thick filter cake will be removed. Clear liquid and concentrated solution will be separated after passing through different pipelines.
